Le Garage is a very modern and spacious two-room apartment. For visitors who want to stay right in the center, for a short, long business trip or holiday, this apartment is the place to stay.

Not furnished as standard, but equipped with special furniture, light and art objects.

Located at the old canal, the Avenu Culinair, which is known for its many terraces and good restaurants. A neighborhood traditionally loved by artists, writers, philosophers and free thinkers, but also by the LGBT community, international students and the expats, who want to escape the traditional neighborhoods.

A mix of different cultures and diversity is what makes
this neighborhood so special, the residents in this neighborhood are very accessible, friendly and helpful.

in the middle of the beautiful old center. Both train stations, other public transport, bakery and supermarkets within walking distance.

Very spacious living area, with high ceilings.

Your own workplace at the front window, which you can blind or open as you wish. All windows at the front and rear are fitted with triple glazing, soundproof and highly insulating. All windows can be blinded both at the front and at the back, by means of curtains or roller blinds.

Entire apartment is equipped with wired internet and very strong Wi-Fi.

Dining area consists of a dining room table with four dining room chairs and dimmable lighting.

Beautiful design lighting and various works of art make it a beautiful Short Stay apartment, where a stay for work or vacation feels like home.

At the rear of the apartment you will sleep like a baby. All windows are fitted with sound-insulating and heat-insulating triple glazing.

The bed has a mattress of the highest quality (180 x 200) and two separate duvets of 140 x 200. The bed has two bed tables with reading lamps. All lighting, including bedside lamps, is dimmable and can also be operated from the bed.

The TV is connected to cable.
Very spacious wardrobes, consisting of a shelf and hanging area.
The bedroom has underfloor heating, which is separately adjustable.
Bed linen is provided and is changed by us weekly.

You stay Short Stay or Long Stay, which means that all kitchen facilities are present in apartment Le Garage. A spacious refrigerator with a separate three-drawer freezer, a combi oven-microwave and an induction hob with extractor hood contribute to a comfortable stay. A cupboard full of crockery, cutlery and other necessities invites you to set the table, for a delicious dinner at your own table. The dishes can go straight into the dishwasher. Coffee and tea facilities are also available.

A separate room near the kitchen, where you can use a washing machine and dryer.

A stylish spacious bathroom, from your bedroom you walk into the very spacious shower room and walk-in shower of 80×190. This is equipped with a water-saving shower head. A washbasin column with a mirror wall, from the floor to the ceiling, so that you can always see yourself clearly. Warm running water is supplied by means of an HR boiler. This part of the apartment also has underfloor heating.

The toilet can be called special and has certainly not escaped our artist’s eye, simplicity of design, enormous space and special light come together here.

Both rooms have two automatic ventilation systems. Present are hairdryer, towels and toilet paper. Towels are changed by us weekly.

The TV is connected to cable and there is strong Wi-Fi and wired internet throughout the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with automatic light switches to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. There is separate underfloor heating in the living, sleeping and bathroom areas.

Parking is possible just 50 meters from your apartment in a closed communal car park.

You will receive the key upon arrival and after your luggage has been placed in the apartment, we will drive with you to show you the parking.

You will receive a key to your car park from us. The car park is a 2-minute walk from the Short Stay apartment and is accessible to you 24 hours a day.

The costs of the parking are 12.50 Euro per day. Costs for stays longer than 7 days are available on request.

Weekly cleaning for stays longer than 1 week.
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly
