The Ooievaart organizes tours through the city’s canals. We leave open boats to see the beauty that The Hague has to offer from the water. During this half hour experience a guide tells many interesting facts while skipper skillfully and safely maneuver through the tight corners. The tour starts at the Bierkade, and performs among other along the Schilderswijk, the courtyards of the order and case, Hague Chinatown and the Palace Gardens in the Royal Stables. Then we sail through the Mauritskade past several Jugendstil Pawns Buurtschap 2005 to the new Hague center with the ministries and the spectacular skyline. A special, varied trip that is well worth the effort.
